1. Who we are and how the network works

algostrideout.com ("we", "us") operates an online interface that helps connect requests for auto repair, diagnostics, maintenance, and related services with partner service providers.

When you submit a request, information is routed to partner shops or the relevant contact channels so they can contact you or fulfill the service request. The partner shop performs the repair services. We do not act as the repair provider unless a specific service is expressly confirmed otherwise.

2. Services, consumer information, and contractual terms

For consumer-facing services, we provide information about how to request services through the network and what to expect regarding partner contact and service fulfillment.

Final prices, availability, diagnostics results, timelines, warranties, and contractual terms are provided by the partner shop directly (or as otherwise agreed for the specific service request). Any offer made by a partner shop will govern the service you receive.

3. Requests, accuracy, and user responsibilities

• You must provide accurate contact details so the partner shop can reach you.
• You are responsible for any information you submit and for ensuring it is not misleading.
• If your vehicle details or request requirements change, update the information as soon as possible by re-submitting your request.

We may limit or refuse submissions that appear fraudulent, violate applicable law, or attempt to bypass the intended routing to partner shops.

4. No misleading advertising

We aim to present auto repair and network-related information in a clear and non-misleading manner.

5. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes of repairs performed by partner shops, including defects, delays, or other service issues, except where liability cannot be excluded by mandatory rules.

We are not responsible for partner shop actions or failures (including failure to contact you). However, we may provide support in relation to routing and the request process.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the network features at any time. Changes may affect how requests are routed or displayed.

If we update these Terms, we will reflect the updated version on this page. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Personal data and privacy

If our website processes personal data (including via analytics/advertising cookies or similar identifiers), we provide a Privacy Policy with the information required by law and apply appropriate consent/grounds.
